Delta Controls delivers specialized ball valve repair and refurbishment services<\/strong> for the European energy sector. We completed the overhaul of three Pibiviesse 36″ 900# ball valves<\/strong> operating in the NOGAT natural gas transmission network in the Netherlands<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

After more than two decades of continuous operation in demanding conditions, the valves were fully refurbished and restored to as-new performance standards<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Scope of Work<\/h2>\n

Our refurbishment process included:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Full disassembly, inspection, and dimensional verification<\/li>\n
  • Reconditioning of critical components<\/strong> using ENP (Electroless Nickel Plating)<\/li>\n
  • Replacement of worn or non-repairable parts with OEM-equivalent components<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Reassembly according to original manufacturer specifications<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Testing & Compliance<\/h2>\n

    All valves were tested to ensure compliance with international standards and operational safety:<\/p>\n

    • Hydrostatic testing at design pressure<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Torque testing at full differential pressure<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Verification in accordance with API 6D requirements<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Coating & Protection<\/h2>\n

      To ensure long-term durability in offshore and harsh environments, the valves were finished with a triple-layer offshore coating system<\/strong>, applied in line with client specifications and industry standards.<\/p>\n

      Ergebnis<\/h2>\n

      The refurbished ball valves are now fully compliant with modern performance and safety standards<\/strong>, ready for reliable long-term operation in critical gas infrastructure across Europe.<\/p>\n
