Delta Controls supplies and manufactures high-quality gate valves for industrial applications where reliability and tight shut-off are critical. Delta Controls also offers extensive reverse engineering capabilities for existing gate valves, regardless of brand or manufacturer. Based on detailed inspections, dimensional measurements and material analyses, we accurately assess deviations from the original design and can restore valves to their original engineering specifications.

Where required, we implement targeted improvements such as optimized sealing concepts, upgraded materials or enhanced wear resistance for specific process conditions. This approach allows us to improve the performance and reliability of existing valves, significantly extend service life and avoid costly replacements or installation modifications.

Like-for-like replacement using M&J / NDSM drawings

Delta Controls is in possession of the original M&J / NDSM drawing packages, enabling true like-for-like replacement of existing gate valves without modifications to piping, foundations or actuation interfaces.
