The Delta Controls service concept

Our service concerns ‘Total Product Life Cycle Care’ for your Valves and Actuators. In the ‘Product Life Cycle’ of Valves and Actuators there are four specific stages: the specification phase, the installation and start-up phase, the operational phase and the post-operational phase.

Phase 1

Specification, selection and advice
The first phase is about the correct choice of your components. What are the demands? An exact answer can save a large amount of money. Delta Controls can draw-up the technical specifications for you. We can advise you on the choice of Valves and Actuators and can also take care of the selection and buying of your equipment.

Phase 2

Installation and start-up management
With high pressure and high temperature Valves and Actuators, the correct way of installing and starting up is of crucial importance for the safety of the surroundings, productivity of your installation and for the lifetime of your equipment. In this phase Delta Controls specialists prove their worth. We can also take care of the instruction of your operators.

Phase 3

Operational phase
In the operational phase the insurance of the production process is of importance. The costs of ownership are often made in the operational phase. To an important extent, high maintenance determines the final costs. Delta Controls can make these costs controllable and apparent for you by advising you of the proper maintenance procedures and/or by offering the possibility to enter into a maintenance- and service contract.

Phase 4

Post-operational phase
In the post-operational phase Delta Controls can make an assessment of the the tear and wear of the valves and actuators. A detailed report ensures that you know exactly which valves and/or actuators need repair or in the worst case replacement. Our support ensures that you are perfectly aware of the current state of your operation.

Service & maintenance, repair & modification

he service of Delta Controls is applicable for every brand and type of valve with actuator. Through specialisation in complex and critical valves & actuators, Delta Controls is capable of providing a suitable answer to all questions or problems, which you may have. Another service we offer is the supervision of a maintenance Turn Around and the inspection of the condition of your equipment. Most importantly, Delta Controls personnel is available to you 24 hours a day.
